single barracks at officer's candid is cool. the quick reaction of our marshals officers and the county police enabled us to assess the extent of the situation. and we act quickly to resolve it. >> the shooter and active- duty marines was pronounced dead of an apparent self- inflicted gunshot wound by law enforcement at the scene. two other victims at male and a female active- duty marines were pronounced dead at the scene. the three marines involved int personnel assigned to officers candidate school. all of the candidates in the school or accounted for in safe. all of the other from a personnel as well with the officers can this school are well accounted for. >> the identities of the victims themselves will be withheld for the next 24 hours or until the primary

next of kin have been notified. >> at 10:30 p.m. a 911 call was received by the marshals office. within five minutes of notification authorities were on the seat. authorities did not report hearing any shot or firing a shot. by 11:00 p.m. quantico security had been heightened and the mass notification via the giant voiced notification system began to pass instructions to base residents and employees. >> again, listening to a live press conference at a parts of virginia. there was a standoff that happened last night around 11:00 at the marine base. a spokesperson sang a gunman shot that led to a standoff with the suspect who apparently killed and other marine and then killed himself. >> a total of three marines

brought you last week. a preschool teacher is now formally charged with giving sleeping pills to children in her care. 59 year-old, debra gdrtz is facing five counts of attempted child endangerment for putting the childsleeping aid sominex in to her preschooler's sit pickups. she is in a teacher at the kiddie academy in morgan hill since 2007. she supervised not signs of about 10 children ages 1 and 2. it was back on march 8th the voltages says she saw the other to to put the drug into the water cups of some of the children. she is now scheduled to be arraigned next tuesday. >> criminal charges have been filed against the wall and a lot about being raped on the u.s. santa cruz campus. the d.a. says u.s. santa barbara student, more than tripled, is charged with giving false impression

iconic chef that owns chez panisse says it would maybe a couple of weeks. then it went back to the third of march after being the 2013. once they got to work they discovered there's too much damage and will have to tear down the entire front thechez panisse restaurant. the upper and lower portions will have to be demolished and rebuilt. all reservations have been put on hold. they do not have every opening day.e expect to see contractors out today tearing down the front of the building before they start to rebuild. as i said there is gobbling up here. unfortunately the damage was too extensive and they will have to go in and rebuild the entire front of the building. if you had reservations for the restaurant will have right now it does not look as if it will reopen any time
